  • When can I expect my order?

We have a order handling time of 1–2 business days (Monday-Friday) and a transit time of 3–8 business days (Monday-Friday)

  • The expected delivery time of my order has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. Please contact us immediately at support@furnitureconnection.store

  • I want to return an item, how do I do that?

Products can be returned up to 30 days after receiving it. You can receive a replacement item or full refund as your demand and desire. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

  • Can I change my order after I have placed it?

For changes, please email at support@furnitureconnection.store as soon as possible to change your order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed.
